Having practiced Bikram yoga years ago for several years, I have recently re-integrated yoga into my life with Yin Meditation. This type of yoga focuses on flexibility and relaxation, and will cover maybe 5 or 6 poses in a one hour class. The goal is to stay in a pose long enough that you can really live the stretch and feel the effects, all in a positive flow of energy. My weekly class at the end of the day has quickly become an essential part of my week.

It is an excellent way to increase flexibility, presence of mind and inner strength while releasing toxins and decreasing stress.
