WHY SMILE? The person you’re talking to doesn’t see you pick up the phone or say “Hello.” Treat the phone like it’s a hand shake. Smiling when you pick up the phone will automatically make you more receptive and friendly. By consciously bringing friendly energy to the conversation, you can positively affect the contend and outcome of that conversation and your brand experience.
