Ah! Tolerances…small or big…they are there, toying with us every single day. Some tolerances have been with us for years…some have moved in recently. I have always had a fairly low tolerance level, but in the last few years, I have sharpened my ZERO Tolerance skill and made it my priority to uncover, assess and fire my tolerances. After all, we only have one life to live and this is a simple way to smooth the ride.

What are tolerances?
All the things that just drive you nuts or dims your bulb! Dirty car, crowded closets, messy desk, negative friends, unfinished renos, unsharpened knives, problematic computer…I could go on and on with this list. The point is: Don’t ignore all those little annoyances. Ignoring them only gives them more power over us and little by little, we get more and more aggravated and the costs of that can be high.

3 easy steps to a Tolerance Free life!
1. Make a list: of all your existing tolerances, big or small. If it bugs you for any reason, list it. Write down the tolerances along with what needs to be done to get rid of them. Some are simpler to bust than others, but ALL can be busted. 
2. Bust 1 every day:
and gain a tremendous amount of satisfaction and momentum. You will feel a lot lighter and more free every day.
3. Increase your awareness: to be able to easily recognize the new tolerances that want to settle in or the old ones that are trying to creep back in. Zero Tolerance is the name of this game.

Have fun freeing up your life and feeling all the benefits of ZERO Tolerance! And remember, it’s easier to do it than to dwell on it!
